2015 ANNUAL REVIEW
2015 showed us what it looks like when women lead. In the process, we launched Dada Dialogues in response to the need to create a safe space for women to engage with each other and with the relevant stakeholders on issues that affect them and their communities. Subsequently, we held Washa Summit - the first of it's kind in East Africa, as a platform to explore, celebrate, encourage and network young people in the social entrepreneurship sector in Kenya and Africa at large.

2014 ANNUAL REVIEW
In 2014, we continued to nurture future leaders through our programs. We scaled and refined our work expanding our reach and collective impact. Through our Young Changemakers program we impacted 20,000 community members while our Innovation in Leadership program reached 15,000 community members. Read more in our 2014 Annual Report.
2013 Annual Review
In 2013, we expanded our vision to include leadership development beyond our high school program, extending our reach with concrete programs for alumnae and Akili Dada Fellows. As we’ve matured with our Dadas, we’ve both reflected and projected to design programs that are not only relevant today, but that will serve them 5 and 10 years from now.
